May 2026 Blog
Happy Maycember! May always brings so much chaos as we move toward the end of the school year, juggle spring activities, and begin transitioning into summer schedules. We wanted to take this opportunity to share some updates and opportunities still available for our families.
Our interventionists work hard every day to support students, and we would love to help them feel appreciated! Families are invited to share kind words and feedback through our Google Form. Your messages truly mean a lot to our team.

Jonna, our new Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, is available to support students and families. She has extensive experience working with children with ADHD and provides valuable social-emotional support and strategies for families. She will also be leading parent small groups in June, July, and September, where parents will meet weekly in the evenings to learn about a central topic and connect with other families.
Summer group registration will be closing soon! These groups are a great way for students to maintain skills, build confidence, and continue growing over the summer. Be sure to reserve your spot soon.

Monthly Tip: When working on writing with your child, ask them to use their CUPS checklist to review their sentences. C stands for capitalization, U for understanding (does the sentence make sense?), P for punctuation, and S for spelling. This is a strategy students already use during sessions, and it helps them learn to independently find and fix mistakes.
